Many people find event planning and organizing very attractive because of its dynamism and creativity
and the beauty of the experiences created in that process. However, it is not easy to navigate in these
waters since the job of an event manager is very demanding, and the responsibility assumed is not only
limited to personal performance but also to the performance of all those who need to be engaged in
that process.
For lovers of the event industry to understand the essence, setting, and way of realizing this work, we
created a course to “Become an Event Organizer.”
This course comprised significant agency experience and theoretical foundations into four great
modules the participants mastered during four meetings. At the end of the course, each participant
crowned their work with a final exam, thus creating excellent career outlook in the world of event
management.
The first module is the introduction to event management, where we covered the following topics:
- Event planner – role and creation,
- Creation of budgets and presentations – the basis for cooperation and contractual processes,
- Customers and suppliers – role, importance and responsibility.
The second module substantiated in detail all the above-mentioned items through the organization of business events (fairs, conferences, annual celebrations and jubilees, grand openings). The the third module raised knowledge in the event industry in the category of events for the general public (festivals, manifestations, concerts). In this module, we trained participants on the topic of event promotion and creativity in the event industry.
In the last module, we delved into the works and practical examples of the participants. Based on what they had previously learned, we highlighted critical points, legal regulations, copyrights and all the other critical topics in the event organization.
All the participants were thrilled and enthusiastic, which they happily shared with us through videos.
