During November, we held another round of our “Become an Event Manager” training — a program that has, for years, brought together people who want to step into the world of events or elevate the knowledge they already have. This time, the group consisted of participants with minimal to mid-level experience in the event industry, but they all shared one thing: a passion and a genuine desire to create events that carry their personal touch. And that is precisely the greatest value of our training.
In addition to essential knowledge about event planning fundamentals, logistics, and the full organizational process, participants also learn something rarely taught in practice — what truly happens behind the scenes of an event, how to craft a message that resonates with the audience, and how to create those subtle yet powerful moments guests take home with them.
Whether it’s the emotion connected to a brand, the values we communicate, a message about a company’s journey, or plans that impact the wider community — every well-executed event has a purpose. Through real-life examples, participants learned how to discover that purpose, articulate it, and turn it into an experience.

Whether we talk about the emotion tied to a brand, the values we promote, a message about the company’s journey, or plans that impact the broader community — every well-executed event has a purpose. Through real-life examples, participants learned how to uncover that purpose, articulate it, and transform it into an experience.
Learning Through Real Examples – From Corporate to Public Events
Throughout the training, we explored different types of events and analyzed them step by step.
Participants learned how to organize:
- Corporate celebrations and business events
- Team building and Family Day programs
- Anniversaries and grand openings
- Trade fair events
- Shopping mall events
Every element of the event planner’s workflow was brought to life through real examples — from creating client questionnaires and gathering all relevant information, to budgeting, developing effective presentations, and collaborating with a team.
CREATIVITY AS A KEY SKILL OF THE MODERN EVENT MANAGER
A special part of the training was dedicated to creativity — how to develop it, how to encourage yourself to use it, and how to apply it in real event scenarios. Through practical exercises and inspiring examples, participants discovered that creativity is accessible to everyone and that it can be built systematically.
On one side, there is freedom, imagination, and originality; on the other, efficiency, structure, and precise organization. The balance between these two sides is exactly what makes a successful event manager.
The New Group Starts on February 21, 2026
This generation of participants leaves with richer knowledge, renewed confidence, and practical tools they can apply immediately.
Our next group training begins on February 21st.
The number of spots is limited — as always, we work in small groups to ensure quality and individual focus.
If you want to start a career in event management or enhance the skills you already have, we’ll be happy to guide you through the entire process.
