30 Years of Konkav-Konveks: When Tradition and the Future Shine Together
A jubilee celebration is much more than a festive gathering — it is a moment to reflect on the path the company has taken, but also to bravely step into what lies ahead. This is exactly what the 30th anniversary of Konkav-Konveks DOO in Dobanovci looked like — an evening event filled with light and emotion, a blend of tradition and future.
The story of this company began in 1995 with the vision of its founder, and today it continues with a team of 80 people — proof that perseverance, trust, and quality endure across generations.
Our task as an agency was to create a framework in which all these values would be presented with dignity. This included complete coordination, organization, and event production:
stage, sound system, stage and ambient lighting (including building façade illumination)
script and speeches for the host, direction of the ceremony and award presentation
promotional materials and the formal presentation of acknowledgments
engagement and supervision of hostesses
A special challenge: coordination with unfamiliar suppliers
What made this event particularly challenging was the model of cooperation. Part of the suppliers were provided by us, but some came at the client’s recommendation. This meant that we were working with those teams for the first time — learning their way of operating and their internal procedures.
For us, this was different from the usual process, where we rely on trusted partners with whom we share years of experience. In this case, it was necessary to quickly establish trust, find common ground, and set clear standards so that all segments of the event could function as one cohesive whole.
This is where the essence of our role came to light: to keep the strings firmly in our hands. Coordinating different teams, managing the timeline, and overseeing every detail meant that we took responsibility not only for our own part of the work but also for the quality and synchronization of the entire event.
Thanks to this approach, the evening unfolded flawlessly, and every moment left a strong impression on the guests.
